It looks as if Nvidias G80 will be 90 nanometer and ATI's R600 will be 80 nanometer. You probably won't be seeing 65 nm graphics chips till late 2007. While ATI and Nvidia would like to make the move to 65 nm sooner, it just isn't feasible. The whole chip needs to be redesigned so the transistors flip and flop correctly.
