No dark mode?

Maybe I'm an idiot and can't find it but is there not a dark mode setting for the site? I'm certain Xenforo based forums are capable, whether or not the TPU staff implement it is another thing.

Personally I prefer the forum bright as it is.
This question has been asked in the past xx times already.

It's not mandatory, like it should be a toggle on or off like 9 other xenforo forums I belong to. What tech related forum in 2021 doesn't have an option to enable dark mode, I mean come on. lol

I like TPU in light mode, though I use dark mode for literally everything else.
TPU just looks right with light mode.

IIRC there seem to be some browser add-ons that can do this some said in the past when this was asked.

It's not about appearance, it's eye strain. Site looks fine, just really need some dark mode action.

Xenforo is a widely used platform, seems like it could be implemented in 10 minutes or less. I belong to bobistheoilguy forums and they are ran by over the hill car guys who aren't great with tech and they have properly implemented dark mode.

TPU doesn't have dark mode.

I use Dark Reader to fix that.

You da man. I knew there were dark mode addons but I didn't want it to apply to every single site I access. There was a setting to only enable for certain sites to which I added TPU. Thanks again.
