No power to ASUS ROG MAXIMUS VIII HERO

I have a frankenbuild going on and i'm trying to see if you tech savy guys would have some info into why she isn't receiving power.
Anyhoo I have

Dell Poweredge 2900 CASE
2 Dellpoweredge 930Watt Redundant PSU's
ASUS Rog Maximus VIII Hero MOTHERBOARD
Intel Core i7‑6700K 4 GHz CPU
Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 2400MHz

Now this Dell Poweredge 2900 case I found (I'm using only the case and psu's in this build) came with two 930watt redundant psu's. But! they're connected to what dell calls a Power Distribution Board which has two connections the first (1) being a standard 24pin ATX Power connection and the other (2) is a 20pin ATX Power connection used on the old motherboard that was once in this server. I bought two conversion cables to fit onto my new motherboard one being a 20 to 24pin ATX connection and a 24 to 8 pin ATX connection to power my rig using this setup.

I got everything mounted and plugged into my build but when I plug in the PSU's I get no power to my motherboard the leds or nothing will power or or light up.
When Installing it I mounted my MB first then installed the CPU, Heatsink, RAM cards then I Plugged in the power connections to the 24 and 8 pin connections on the motherboard then put the cooling fans in. But when I got everything plugged in I receive lights on the PSU'S but nothing after that.

Any ideas?

Have you tried the 24 pin cable directly to the Motherboard and left the CPU power disconnected?
That should at least light up the board

Well no i haven't ill try when i get home. But thinking about it. I may just have to buy a differemt power supply, because the one i have now connects to dells power distribution board and then connects to the motherboard. And its two 930's so it should do it just fine.. :/

i think for sure has something to do with server redundant power supply.

can ya try a standard atx power supply? ok too late

this is from 2001 so i dont know if its still actual:

http://www.informit.com/articles/article.aspx?p=339053

n even bigger crime than simply using non-standard power connectors is that only the pinout is non-standard, the connectors look like and are keyed the same as is dictated by true ATX. There is nothing to prevent you from plugging the Dell non-standard power supply into a new industry standard ATX motherboard you installed in your Dell case as an upgrade, or even plugging a new upgraded industry standard ATX power supply into your existing Dell motherboard. But mixing either a new ATX board with the Dell supply or a new ATX supply with the existing Dell board is a recipe for silicon toast. How do you like your fried chips, medium or well done?

keep care would be bad to toast the new hardware

Or pull the wires from the 24 pin plug and configure as a standard plug.
Use a multimeter to check voltages, grounds etc.

Proprietary dell parts are worth a bunch on ebay. Look up the model number and clean them up, take some good photos.
