noblechairs has teamed up with the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport Formula One racing team for this unique gaming chair. It uses the award-winning noblechairs EPIC design, sports good ergonomics and high build quality, as well as great looks. Pricing is reasonable for its feature set and unique visual design.

"Quality PU leather" that should have been in the thumbs down category seeing as it's
a: Not Leather
b: gets hot in summer
c: is just a cheap n nasty material full stop

I'd rather have seen them use a really high quality Cloth or actual Leather

If their chair, then leather. Plastic leather is bad on every possible level.

We have many pleather chairs in the lab which we heavily use daily (8-10h per day) and after 2-3 years they all still look like new. It all has to do with the quality of the Pleather AND the leather of course. Because I have seen a real leather chair go bad after minimal use and into a relatively short period (one year).

So, as a Mercedes branded product, we can expect these to be pretty awesome but then start to fall apart after a few years... and have replacement parts that cost a limb or two?

Pleather chair with ergonomics designed for G-forces instead of avoiding muscular-skeletal damage? No thanks.

For that price you can get a refurbed Herman Miller Aeron chair (the benchmark in high-end ergonomics) or get one of the many high quality alternatives that won't slowly f*** your posture over the next five years, like this one:

Its more about feel and toxicity. PU just aint worth it. Not at this price level.
