Hi all,

How do you know if the card from AIB is using the ref PCB or not? like a model number on it?

Is there any AIB card that uses non-ref PCB but still with the same dimensions of the FE card? thank you all in advance.

Different power plugs, different physical size, or look at the PCB photos of our reviews.

"Reference PCB" is not black/white. They can take the reference PCB and change some small things and it's not reference anymore, but in some ways it still is

The TPU reviews generally will identify non standard parts ... tho in the rush to get newly released cards out as fast as folks want to see them, some of those details will be skipped. Things I look for ..

Is it standard PCB or not
VRM / voltage controller description
Memory Description
GPU 300 or 300A
Number and size Connectors
PCB Dimensions (actually card dimensions sans cooler) for water block / case fit
Backplate ?
How VRMS and memory cooled
Power Draw Limit (outta the box)
Power Draw Limit w/ slider at max in MSI AB
BIOS Switch ?
Options for remote fan control (water cooled systems)
Passive cooling option at low temps

I think our reviews cover all of these except passive and remote fan control
