INF is detected in template, after hitting next it stops with error below.

Tested driver: DELL 461.37

Also happens with HP OEM driver

this error comes from ticking "disable installer telemetry"

EDIT 2:
without ticking "disable installer telemetry" i can install:

DELL 461.37
HP 461.11
HP mobile 452.41
CLEVO mobile 457.74
