I just called scan due to something iffy being up with my delivery. They placed me at the back of the que for changing my order which at that time was position 256 on the 7.10.2020 for a strix 3090 oc. Just received an update and I'm now at position 247..... So they had 9 Asus strix cards delivered.... Or have they had non and had 9 cancelations??????
DONT BOTHER TRYING TO PURCHASE A 3000 CARD FROM SCAN! The support had nothing to say to me about the order. They dont know when new cards are coming in or in what quantity. I told the guy he should speak to his boss as i thought telling customers who have bought such an expensive product they have no idea when it might be delivered is unacceptable. Scan are about to lose a good customer if that card hasn't arrived by the end of the month. If its a paper launch then thats what it should of been advertised as.
