Im thinking its the best card in the $250 range (cant find 6950 anymore) except on e bay and there used going for $250

That is a sweet deal, if you don't own BF3. This card is very close to GTX570/HD6970.
Now for slightly more you can get a 7850 which is slower but uses less power, has 2GB Vram and I think can be overclocked to surpass the 560Ti 448.

Like others say wouldnt be better to get a 7850 since it has more vram it's usses alot less power, its new tech and like you can see from all reviews across the internet 28nm gpus overclock like crazy? my 2 cents

If your looking at 7850 I'd see if 7870 fits the budget has a good performance increase over the 7850 I'm considering one myself

Highly recommend MSI TF3 PE/OC GTX 560 ti 448.

Mine is golden. Got it at Amazon for $239.99 after MIR.

Very pleased with mine. Mine over clocks extremely well.

The only HD7850 that I think is better is the XFX Black Edition which has a custom PCB for great over clocking potential.
