Can i run a ati card in my 680i sli motherboard. (Not is crossfire just one card). Basically as long as it had a pci x16 or pci 2.0 i can run ati and nvidia cards.

Intel chipsets I belive are the only ones with SLI or crossfire options, but officially they only support crossfire, as it takes hacked drivers to run SLI.

I have run my DFI NF4 with a X800GTO, X850XTPE, and X1950pro all with no issues. Currently I am running 7600GT's in SLI.
