Can you describe what happened prior to 920m not getting detected?
also have you tried driver uninstall and reinstall?

DELL sent a BIOS update and since then, I haven't recognized my 920M card. Now that I have tried to deepen my knowledge about this case and I realized that it was not a physical defect, but an unsuccessful update.

reinstalling previous bios should fix the problem I think you can get the stock bios on their driver website
