NVIDIA BIOS Editor v4.0 Released

Version 4.0 of the popular NVIDIA BIOS Editor (NiBiTor) has been released, which brings a number of minor fixes as well as limited support for unknown devices. The listed changes are:

Added Support for GeForce 9800 GTX
Added Support for GeForce 9500 GT
Added Support for GeForce 8800M GTX
Added Support for GeForce 8600M GT
Fixed Bug with Fan Speed IC Settings

I don't think it'd be a good idea to try an BIOS flash an on-board GPU solution...wouldn't make much sense considering the limitations and implementations of them...probably be more trouble than it's worth.
