Nvidia cards doesn't display full RGP colors???

No, there's no colour limitation with NVIDIA or AMD cards. Do you have a link to where you saw this?

First its called RGB (Red Green Blue)
I guess you are referring to 10bit output in 3D/openGL, if so, most PC monitors don't have true 10 bits panels it is more of a creative photo/video feature in highend panels. You also need application support to display 10bit colors. Same is true regarding panel and application support for larger color spaces than sRGB.
Nvidia only has 2D 10bit support on non workstation cards on windows, you need a Nvidia Quadro for 10bit 3D/openGL.
There are however more highend PC monitors that do come with 10 bit support these days, if you want to try if you have it there are gradient files you can download and see for you self.

That's from 2014 and really out of date. It was a driver issue too, not hardware. I've used mine over HDMI and they look fine.
Basically, there's no problem like this now so don't let that put you off your purchase.
