While there's still enough time until the GeForce 9900 series shows up, hardware enthusiasts are trying to chop up every bit of information they can find. Today a few 3D sketches were leaked, showing a GT200 based card in computer 3D environment. The GT200 based card has a total of 16 memory chips onboard (8 chips are on the back side of the PCB), and will probably feature 1GB of GDDR3 memory. The card will be 10.5-inch long and come with a dual slot cooler manufactured by Cooler Master (model TM71). Other details are still a bit washed out, so I won't report them here. If you want to read them anyways, please be sure to check this page.

Dunno if it's real or not, though!

    EDIT

Comparing these pics to the pics malware provided, they seem pretty much the same ...

I just saw that GDDR5 has been released. I wanna see it on this card. I bet you ATI (and I know, already read the article) will have GDDR5.

sigh, just when I thought we were heading in the right direction in terms of power consumption with the 9800gtx's single power adaptor...

I really hope that these aren't real, they're terrible CAD drawings. Little mistakes all over it that makes it look both sloppy and un-professional.

    512-bit most likely, I doubt they would put a 256-bit bus in a GT200

Err... if these were truly legitimate I would expect at LEAST the PCB's tracks to be shown. There is no point of a CAD drawing of a PCB that only has basic parts that only serves to give us a visual impression.

With 6 + 8 pin power inputs, I'd expect is power draw on par with the HD2900 XT, which also points it could be a really hot card.

I would put an extra liquid loop on my rig just to cool two of them.

But to be honest, to date there have been little in the way of performance improvements when comparing GDDR4 with GDDR3 and not really and price/performance benfits for that extra cost.....not sure if GDDR5 is going to change that trend though?

    I didn't find it ...

I almost copy / pasted it: almost because i had to save the pics to my PC and repost them ...

This is where i found it (portuguese site): PCDig@

    EDIT

    And i contradicted myself ...

I should have said "This is where i copied / pasted it from"
