sorry I couldn't help. personally, i'd never spend $200 on a 13 yr old video card. especially when I could get a much faster card for $40.

I'm surprised no one else has asked. JC, why? though i've always wanted to have the flagship gpu of each gen(8800 GTX for example) for nostalgia, i'm guessing you have a project in mind?

I really love the card. I think it's one of the most beautiful cards ever made and the history / story behind it is very endearing to me.

I think you're gonna have a hard time finding a classic card like this. :ohwell: I reckon that they probably didn't make that many in the first place due to its price and the noise issue, plus they're collector's items now so people hang on to them. Have you tried eBay?

I've got some collector's graphics cards, with my favourite one being an EVGA 7950 GX2. I got this beauty brand new and sealed in a fire sale a few years ago. Ran it up a couple of times where it worked perfectly. Went back in its box which has sat on a shelf ever since.

What I have learned is that to get rid of the stock of NV30 chips they made a boatload of Quadro FX 1000s (Non-Ultra equivalent) and 2000s (Ultra Equivalent) which are seemingly readily available, but I crave that FX Flow cooler.

Yeah, I don't blame you, that day-glo "dust buster" cooler is quite iconic and I'd like to have that card in my collection too.

I reckon you'll find one in time, but I think it's gonna take a lot of active searching.
