It's been showing this error 43 at the device manager for weeks now,and flashing it's bios seems to be the only option I haven't tried!

what brand and model of notebook/laptop is this from ?
to be honest its probably dieing
possible cure is Baking as suggested. by Caring1
a professional re flow
or source a replacement from Ebay

Have you considered baking it?

How would you do that ? You'd have to take the board out of the laptop completely and bake the CPU as well with it. Seems like a bad idea and impractical.

That GPU is an MXM card.

If the "baking" and reflowing doesn't work I'd just permanently disable the graphics card driver and get another laptop
