Nvidia Inspector for fan control option?

First time using nvcleaner and I lose the option for the Nvidia App fan control if I don't select NV App to be installed.. doing just minimal, so is Nvidia Inspector a decent alternative for fan control, on a 50 series GPU?? don't mention msi afterburner or any of those apps.. not using that junk
