"Nvidia Inspector" has no "Apply"?

I don't get it, I just updated my 1.9.6.6 Nvidia Inspector to 1.9.6.7 and there is no Apply. How can I change my profiles now?

Also, I think all my settings are broken, I can switch if I put my mouse on a setting (Like "Antialiasing - Mode") and use the mouse wheel to scroll up and down, but that is not really how you're supposed to do it. Is my 1.9.6.7 actually broken or is this how it is supposed to be?

Please, help. If this is how 1.9.6.7 is supposed to work, I want a reupload of 1.9.6.6.
