Nvidia settles class-action lawsuit over GTX 970 VRAM. 30 USD for owners.

It looks likes nvidia after a lawsuit about GTX 970 wrong spec on vram at release day know has a settle ment that gives GTX 970 owners 30 USD back.

But how it will be and when is not clear as of now or if its only in the US or EU and other countries will get it also. Since i live en EU i hope it is not only for the US owners.

I would like to claim 60 USD since i have two of these bad boys

Looks to be US only atm, hope the EU doesn't settle out of court & Nvidia do learn a lesson or two, the hard way

^Just was about to write that. Many news sites act as if the world is US only, forgetting these companies produce and sell globally. Maybe other courts are investigating this too.

Wondering what effects would the TTIP treaties have on this.

It sadly looks like it is US only at the time for now. But hopefully some one will catch up in EU and sue them so we also can get some compesation for this.
