You're confusing things.

By "Work", what NRANM means is the kind of work Darksaber publically claims to be doing, which is reviewing products.

What you seem to mean, is the kind of work Darksaber is actually doing, which is choosing from 4 predefined rubber stamps and slapping one or two of them down on at the end of an advertisement.

I was describing Darksaber's own thoughts whether he should perform thermal testing...
Darksaber to himself: "Should I do anything other than mount the components and take some photos?"
Darksaber to himself (again): "Nah, too much work."

And now that I had to explain my own joke, it is ruined. My sadness is palpable. :(
