NZXT is awesome. The side of my Vulcan came bent and they sent me 2 more lol.
That being said I bought another NZXT case because of the awesome support;D 410 Elite!
The case in my systems specs is my first ever NZXT case and I love it. Haven't had to deal with customer support just yet, only one time that I bought their premium sleeved cables and they were very friendly and professional. NZXT is always a choice when purchasing something.
You know, come to think of it, I had an NZXT case about 6 or 7 years ago that was a mid tower but I dont remember what the name of it was. Was like an NZXT samurai or ninja or something like that. Awesome case.
Yesterday was my first day dealing with NZXT support, it was awesome! I was looking for some HDD rails for a discontinued case and they sent em to me for free! With support like this I'm gunna buy NZXT a lot more often
Hey NZXT and/or Rob. I don't wanna seem like I am taking advantage of you guys, but I just discovered the audio jack in the front of my LEXA S only partially works. Basically, regardless of what headset I plug into it, sound only comes out of the left earphone.
I am going to double check the drivers for REALTEK HD audio again and get back to you.
I had the older black version, the Alpha w/ window. I liked that a lot, too. Shoot that was back when the Crysis beta multi-player came out! Good times!
Edit: I love my Tempest 410 Elite. Thanks NZXT. Cable management is superb, much better than expected!
+10 for customer service. Had a wobbly case fan and bum audio jack in my Lexa S. The replaced both, with 2 parts instead of 1! I am officially an nzxt customer for life. Thanks Rob!

Nope, I mean that I will be buying the non elite version today sometime but later on if I wanted to get the ELITE versions side panel (The one with the window as shown below) could I order the side panel from NZXT directly?

Ok case arrived today and it was very nice! The only issue I had was the power button.
This is what the issue was. It seems to have a big pit in the silicon between the solder point and the copper leads. As you see from the second picture I simply soldered both together and it works fine now.
I thought about RMA but it would have taken at least a week or so to get the new front panel/panel connector board to replace this one
I just bought a NZXT Lexa S case for my new build. I really like it and it's an Awesome case.
But I ran through a problem and I need some help. The microphone jack on the front panel stopped working. e-Sata port, USB ports, headphone jack all are working properly but microphone port on front panel is not working. When I insert the microphone jack it still shows unplugged. I checked with the connection on MB and it's fine. Back panel is also working fine. Also after lot of trying it didn't work, but what I noticed was that the microphone is detected for a second or two till I am holding it in a certain position by slightly pushing it forward from side but as soon as I leave it it shows unplugged. So I guess it's problem with faulty front panel microphone jack circuit. Any idea if and from where I can get a new circuit board for front panel ??
I ran into a similar problem with my Lexa S. My front panel headphone jack wasnt working. They sent me a new jack and a new front panel. Love NZXT.

Here in fact. Talked with Retell. He's a pretty busy dude, and I get the idea their company doesn't have enough people for the rate they are growing. That's good and bad I suppose. Either way, right or wrong, just shoot retell and email and he should be back to ya in a day or so.
