So long story short, I re-pasted a Lenovo AIO and used OCCT to stress it for a little to check temps. OCCT immediately was throwing an error per second on core #3. I stopped and ran about an hour of memtest without any problems. And then booted back into windows and ran Prime95 (blend) for a while without a hiccup. OCCT bug? System runs perfectly fine. During the OCCT test the CPU was still at 100% utilization but that error log just kept filling up. Not sure what to make of it. It's an i5 8500 btw.

OCCT is a good tool. Hasn't heard of it giving errors out for fun. But memtest86 isn't a very stressful program and prime95 only hits the core really.

Try memtest5 if you are still concerned.

A little update. I fresh installed windows 11 and re-downloaded occt. This time no errors for about 5 minutes but then the program locked up (didn't have to reboot windows). The thermals on this thing are awful because of the terrible single copper tube contact that isn't even flat so the 5 minute lock up could have been from temps but windows didn't crash. IDK.

Edit: also passed the Lenovo diagnostic as well

Replace thermal paste or even cooler if the CPU thermals are bad. Is there lots of dust in the case?

Nothing can be done here. Proprietary all in one. It's very clean and CPU has been delidded and new paste as well. Not my pic but here is the inside...

Heatpipe can be broken. Are you sure there is no dust in the part which is circled in red?

I'm guessing the power delivery can't handle the wattage. Doubt that computer has any sensors outside the CPU.

At this point I would just accept that it cannot handle any heavy loads and move on.
