OC'ing with a 1070, what's your clock speeds

During gaming my GPU core runs @ 1974Mhz or during summer it can drop to 1949 I think it was. (No core OC, just stock boost)

anybody have any ideas of why I can only go to 112% power limits while others can do up to 126%

Depends on brand/model.
My MSI Gaming X goes to 126 as well.

My 1070ti only goes to 114%
I run my card at 108% 89c for a boost speed of 2088mhz...
The memory OC's great but makes 0 difference other than an occasional driver error so I usually just leave it at stock.

Well I do not agree, a vram OC on my 1070 does make a difference in fps...
Maybe you have micron vram on your 1070Ti? That won't OC that far and therefor you don't notice the difference.

Oh.. Don't get me wrong I'm not saying a memory OC isn't helpful... Just with my card it's not.
Yes, mine has Micron memory.

My Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 1070 can only do 111% on power limit.

Also I got my card’s memory up to +650. I occasionally get artifacts (bright flashes of light) in very specific games (Bethesda games mainly), dunno if they’re related to the memory clock.

If you're feeling adventurous, you could try flashing a BIOS from another Gigabyte card that has a higher power limit: https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/?manufacturer=Gigabyte&model=GTX+1070

My Armor OC only allows +8% on its BIOS, I flashed an MSI Gaming BIOS that gives +26%.

BTW, MSI seems to be the only company that allows the power limit to be dialled that high (+26%), other brand cards - even the high-end models - only allow around +15% maximum.
