Don't know if I can name them all here, too many for the old brain to keep straight but I'll try and get a few listed.
All listed were daily drivers, not used for OC'ing until they were "retired" from daily duty.

Soyo K7V Dragon Plus! with a Pally 2000+ chip, then later had a XP-M 2800+;
A7N8X Deluxe 2.0 with the XP-M 2800+;
GA-K8NS with a Newcastle 3400+;
A8N32 SLI Deluxe with a 4000+ San Diego, later upgraded to an Opteron 175;
Crosshair V with a FX-4100, then a FX-4300;
Crosshair V-Z with a FX-8320, then others such as a FX-8370 and FX-9590;
Maximus IX Hero with a 7700K;
Current one is a X470 Tachi Ultimate with a 2700X
To list everything I have/had regardless would amount to a lengthy post like a wall of text or something. :(

Not counting my son's SNES and N64.

Atari 2600 1980 (I thoroughly owned owned Space Invaders once I found the sequence.)

Commodore 64 1985 (Without a doubt the most entertaining and interesting system I have ever owned. Learned Basic and Machine Language on it.)

IBM 8086 Early 90s Dabbled with Basic and Machine Language.

Windows 3.1 Late 90s. A gift from in-laws. Began thousands of hours with the best TBS game of all time Alpha Centauri.

Don't know what I had after that as a family member built and maintained my rigs but he liked AMD CPUs and Nvidia GPUs.

2007. First rig that I built had an E8400 Wolfdale CPU and a 8800 GT GPU. IT was pretty damned good in it's day. I was proud of it.

Since then I have built a lot of rigs. i5 2500k, i5 3570k, i7 7700k, 450 GTS, GTX 560 TI, GTX 570, GTX 680, GTX 970, GTX 980 Ti.

I had a Playstation 2 as well which my dad bought for me when the Playstation 3 had already launched. I sold it for a Nvidia 9300GS. The Q9400 was the best gift ive ever recieved, from my older brothers friend which included him teaching me about PC building as well.

My dad gave the Pentium 4 to my uncle and it still posted Win XP as of February 2018. The keyboard in the pic came with the Celeron in 1999 and was used till 2016.

(Only listing things I bought myself)

In the 90s I bought a Gameboy clone from the Tandy.

My first own console I bought in 1996 or so:
Philips CDi Player, can't remember the model exactly but it could play video movie cd's as well, this was it: (I still have it somewhere in a box complete with a large game/movie collection)
Also I had an internet package with it including a dial-up modem and keyboard... Oh the phone bills.....
Philips CDi.PNG

Not sure which year exactly but I've also bought a gameboy pocket around 1998 I believe it was.

My first own computer was a Casio Casiopeia E-100 (1999/2000):
I bought a compact flash modem for it so I could use internet with a Dial-Up connection.:D
Also played lots of hours of Solitair on it... :laugh:

Casio Casiopeia E-100 2000.PNG

The first Palm-size PC model by Casio to have a color screen, the E-100 was outwardly identical to the E-15.

My first laptop (2003) (Windows XP 32bit):
Packardbell iGO with a 2.0Ghz Celeron and ATi express graphics, good enough to play GTA Vice City:D:D
Bought FarCry, returned the game, it didn't work because of lacking the correct shader version.
Oh and no built-in WiFi or webcam at the time, had my first "high-speed" broadband internet connection (2mbps ADSL IIRC)
packardbell igo 2003.PNG

My first Desktop PC (2006):
Acer Aspire E500 with 3.0GHz Pentium 4 630, ATi X300SE, Windows XP.
Then around 2007 or so I bought a Gigabyte P31(?) MATX motherboard with an intel E2200 CPU, installed it in this Acer case.
Had various GPU's:

Club3D ATi X1600 Pro
XFX Nvidia 6800 GS XXX
Sapphire ATi X1600 XT
PowerColor ATi X1950 Pro
Gigabyte ATi 3870
Gigabyte ATi 4870
HIS ATi 4870

Acer Aspire E500 2006.PNG

Later on in 2007/2008 I built my own PC with some aluminium Lian Li case , ATX motherboard with an intel E7200. Windows XP 64 bit/Vista.
(My dad is still using this PC with E7200, Asus motherboard and the HIS ATi 4870.)

2009 I bought an blue Acer Aspire One D250 Laptop with some intel Atom CPU (Dual boot XP/7):
Spilled lemonade over the keyboard but I still have this laptop and it still works.
Acer Aspire One D250.PNG

In 2010 I bought an Asus N53JQ Laptop with an i7 740QM 2.93GHz CPU + Nvidia GT425M
Asus N53JQ.PNG

In 2014 I bought an Asus G750 ROG Laptop with an intel i7-4700HQ CPU + Nvidia GTX770M:
Asus G750 2014.PNG

Then in 2016 I built a new PC with intel i5 6500 and GTX1070, later a CPU upgrade to i7 6700K and just recently a GPU upgrade to RTX 2070 Super which I'm using now. (in my system specs)

In 2017 I bought this 14" HP intel Laptop I still use. (in my system specs)
HP Pavilion 14 inch 2017.PNG

Edit: Added some more things and GPU list.
