CPU is Socket 1366; Mobo is Socket 1156.
And was going to add that you need three-channel memory for i7-9xx/x58 mobo.
Also, if there's one thing you want to spend extra on it is the PSU. A quality Corsair or Season in the 600 to 700Mhz range.
