Okay, can someone offer me some good OC settings for a Ryzen 5 3600 please?

Motherboard It has no markings but it's green
Cooling No, it's a 2.2W processor
Memory 2GB DDR3L-1333
Video Card(s) Gen7 Intel HD (4EU @ 311MHz)
Storage 32GB eMMC and 128GB Sandisk Extreme U3

VR HMD Samsung Oddyssey, not that I'd plug it into this though....
Software W10 21H1, barely
Benchmark Scores I once clocked a Celeron-300A to 564MHz on an Abit BE6 and it scored over 9000.
Umm... You have made a valid point. Any monitors you'd recommend at up to £300? Must be 27" and 1440p.

I've found 2 that are ticking all my boxes.

Would like your opinions please.

I also realise I'm all over the place, ADHD does that to you. I have trouble staying on one subject for more than half a minute, lol.
Techpowerup doesn't do display reviews. RTINGs website and HardwareUnboxed on Youtube are the two I tend to use as they are fairly thorough in their testing and test monitors regularly.

I'm using a Dell S3220DGF and it's great. The Odyssey G7 is one of the best (fastest) you can buy but has several flaws, the G5 appears to inheriting all the flaws of the G7 and also suffers with a smeary panel, making it one to avoid for me.

If you don't game in the dark, the Dell is a no-brainer. They've always made decent monitors even if their laptops and PCs are pretty bad. However, if you have the time, go and watch the monitor roundups, guides, and reviews on HardwareUnboxed:

So would someone be able to help me out with 1usmus ram program. I don't understand what I'm meant to be doing with it as I've no clue about ram timings. I'd be most happy to actually comprehend ram. All I can say is I have Corsair LPX running at 3800 and I'm going to check the timings now. The timings are 18 - 22 - 22 - 22 - 42 and they were part of the "Memory Try It" on my MSI board.
