I have an Asus ROG Crosshair VII Hero (WiFi); I was recently removing the rear audio cable and noticed the tip of the pin had come off. I can no longer plug a cable into the port due to the tip being stuck in there. If i plug my audio cable in to the front port on my case i get a warning from the audio driver (see attached). How should I go about (if possible) removing the tip of the broken audio plug, should I get a sound card to skip the onboard audio, or should I upgrade to a new board?
Thanks in advance.
Thanks in advance.
