OpenMG Jukebox, is there an alternative ?

Is there an alternative to the stupid OpenMG Jukebox that comes with NetMD players?

I have trouble with installing it. It ask if I wan't to replace a previous older version with this one (v2.2)

I click yes... then asks the same stupid question
