Well im pretty new here so, /wave everyone. I was looking to start a new build and hopefully get into Overclocking and Liquid cooling. So I was thinking about going with the Thermaltake Armor LCS
http://www.xoxide.com/thermaltake-armor-lcs-ve2000bws.html

So thats the case. Im pretty much upgrading all my hardware except for my video card which is a nVidia 8800 GTS 640MB. As far as ram goes im getting this
http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3404049&CatId=2261

And as far as CPU/Motherboard goes im planning on getting this

PSU

And a good ol' trusty copy of Vista 64-bit ultimate. I am using my hard drive I already have which is a Maxtor SATA 7200 rpm 250Gb. As a note to all this is my first real computer build(though I have put many together) but I am a liquid cooled virgin and also a OC virgin. I have read a couple of guides on here, and just wondering if yall could point me in the right direction of where to keep researching, Especially ones for processors like mine.

I would say

MB: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813188024

CPU is a little trickier. The 45 quads should be coming out soon, and they will beat anything you could get now. If you do that liquid cooling case, I would say get: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115037
you should be able to get that to some nice speeds.

Or, you could get: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115017 which of course doesn't need and can't get to as high of speeds but it doesn't need to.

Or you could get somethin cheap to hold you over till 45nm quads come out. I would say personally I would go with the first option, then perhaps try to sell or trade it for a 45 quad down the road.

You also might wanna consider getting a little more power, as it will hold you over better for future upgrades. Maybe not though, I am fairly new at this too. Happy computing. :toast:
