Origin PC's top-tier desktop replacement laptop has hit our test lab! This monster laptop not only sports a desktop i9-11900K Intel CPU, but also a fully fledged RTX 3080 NVIDIA mobile GPU made to match, giving this 300 Hz gaming beast some of the highest specs possible on any laptop. Extreme? You bet. Did you see the box?

Why are so many of these DTR chungus laptops 10+ years behind the styling curve?
I mean, it's an impressive amount of heatpipes and cooling but damn that's ugly as sin by today's standards....

I wish I could get a barebones version without storage, ram, cpu, heck even WiFi; just video. There are still barebones kits of the previous Clevo DTR chassis available on eBay.

For that price I'd get a decent monitor, a performance NUC to mount on the back of it, and an E-Gpu for graphics and it would still be "portable".
