I'm about to order a card tomorrow night and want to see which one you think is the best one in terms of performance.

Proabldy a stupid question, but i was going to go with the Radeon WX 3100 only because it look the best lol and its newer. but the specs on the w5000 even though an older card, the specs are better, only the overall ram is 2gb and not 4gb. the w7000 seems to be the best, even though i wasn't going to get that because i needed a mb with a 6 pin , which i would have to spend money on a prebuilt or a new mb and a case. My budget for a workstation card is under 200.

W7000 is the best of that bunch, but it is pretty weak (slower than a GTX 950). If you're not doing something that absolutely requires a FirePro card, then don't get FirePro.

Yes, W7000 is the best of them. I have to ask you do you really need a workstation card? What's is/will be the primary purpose of that PC?
If you don't need a workstation card, take a look at used "consumer cards" such as R9 380 4GB or R9 380X 4GB which sell for the reasonable price and offer pretty good performance for a lot of things, including gaming at 1920x1080. Both of them are more powerful than W7000.
