This game looks interesting. The Developer is People Can Fly. They developed Painkiller back in 2004. They also collaborated on Bulletstorm and Fortnite. The game isn't scheduled for release until September but here's a gameplay video featuring Legendary Weapons in the game:

Game looks interesting, and I think I will be following it’s progress. People Can Fly was actually the primary on Bulletstorm. They managed in 2016 to break free of their publisher which is very commendable, and re-released Bulletstorm as an enhanced edition and without that cr#ppy GFWL. This is a studio I hope can give us that same level of excitement. From the video it looks like it might.
