Hi i have ATI Radeon HD4350, i know its a low end card but that's what i could afford :D, so i have oc'd it using ATI catalyst tool, the GPU clock settings is 640Mhz and the memory clock settings is 540Mhz. The temperature is around 43c-45c at idle and around 55-57 at max load ( i used the ATI Tool). So on the long run will this oc damage my card?

It will not damage the card,i assume all you did was raise the frequencies which means that voltage is still the same and the temps are well within acceptable range.
