I overclocked my E8400 C0 to 3.82 with 1.37v idle and 1.34 at load . Temps are 61C max .
Intel Burn Test Stable

and its stable on 3.9 with 1.41 v ,im thinking to keep it for benching
So im thinking to keep this settings ,should it harm my CPU ?
this is for 24/7

It might be better if u keep it below 1.4v, until u want to kill it as soon as possible

The temperatures look good if not excellent to me. And even the voltage isn't high. If possible, try optimizing it further by reducing the voltage as much as possible - maybe even by a tiny bit.

You will be just fine. And just to make another point about a theory about VTT FSB voltage that above 1.4v or some thing will damage some gates on the CPU and in some time the CPU should degrade. I`m using 1.5 VTT 24/7 for couple months time now and I don`t see no degradation. I bet that even at 1.5V 24/7 with good cooler keeping the CPU below 70C at full load you should be fine.
Maybe you will kill the CPU 20 years earlyer and the CPU is build to last for 50 so you do the math.
And another point the CPU is the hardest thing to kill on the system I work at PC shop in 5 years I have changed about 5 damaged CPUs most because of cooler problem and 200 mobos and GPU and RAM etc.

I'd try to just reduce the voltage a little bit -- according to intel the max voltage an E8400 should be getting is 1.3625.

I have similar temperatures to you, but your cooler is better and my voltages are lower. And this is the first time I tried Linpack (lol it's scary), in Orthos prime I get much lower temperatures, like maybe only 50 degrees at load!
