OZC failed MicroSoft Memory Test

Well I finnaly got around to testing my memory(Becuase of MD5 errors on BF2 install) it has faild everytest its still running but I can see error after error still. I need to test them one at a time right now I have both of them in on the T test(The long one)/

My question is the life time warrenty I did OC this memory ran up to 2.9 volts in it. Its rated for 2.8, I've also turned up the timming big time on it at times. Truly tho the memory gave me problems before I started OCing it. So am I SOL or will they give me new chips????
What do I need to do????

The product or any part thereof has not been abused, misused, damaged, neglected, replaced, repaired tampered with or modified.

What do they mean about this?

Does OCZ let you RMA even if you overclock?

unless they are in a bad mood they might not even check the chips comes down to time/$ besides if it's fried what have you got to loose =cost of the shipping

i been seeing a lot of trouble with ocz...their timing are to intensive...

I believe OCZ Platinum is intended to be overclocked. They might cover that in the warranty.

Hell, DFI even lets you RMA if you have AS5 applied to the chipset.

I assume it is a dual channel kit if you get RMA you should send back whole kit for replacement

The bad part is I'm going to Stompfest in a week which is a 600 mile drive and I don't have the extra cash on hand to replace it nor the time to wait for a new kit. This will have to wait/
