ok.. so this is the newest bios for this mobo..
I hope.. because i flashed..lol..

I flashed my bios with this..
now my pc doesn't want to restart..
I have to manually power down..

Can someone please explain to me why my pc will shut down but will not restart now?
I had all usb devices unplugged before I flashed.
right after I flashed when i hit f1 to restart.
I took out the floppy..
then told it to restart.
then it went into restart mode.
monitor turned off..
system was still on and buzzing..
but it just hung there..
Black screen winding away..

so I had to manually power down, by holding in the power button.

would it matter if i forgot to load defaults immediately after flashing and had rebooted the system to desktop several times before i did so?
I reset all my bios settings for overclocking and enabling overclocking.
then i started the system..
i forgot to load defaults at first..

when i realized I had forgot..
I reset the jumper on the mobo and loaded defaults, then reset all my settings again..
but my pc will still not restart like normal.
just hangs there..
any idea how to fix this?
would be very appreciated..

still didnt fix both my ethernet dieing or my usb starting to become corrupt..
my mic is still making weird noises and I have to disable it in device manager and reenable it..
then hope for the best until it works..
lets not forget about the two memory slots that just don't work anymore..lol..
I swear I have never in my life had so many problems with a mobo..
Least evga offers limited lifetime warranty..
will still rma it..

By chance, can you pop in the motherboard's driver cd?
If its like the asus mobo it starts to re-flash the bad bios flash.
I lucked out a few weeks ago when i had the flash go bad.
Also before you flash do a factory reset of the bios.... you never flash the bios when any settings are changed.
