P5Q vs Maximus Formula?

Honestly, looking at these two boards side by side, I cant tell what the difference is.. Can anyone enlighten me?

I guess the Maximus II does come with a rubbish discrete sound card tho!

But honestly I dont see any differences, not worth nearly doubling the price over.
