Hello everyone here if you could help me on a topic that I have been trying to solve for some time. I am a first person game player in which UDP and TCP packets are sent and received. What happens? Windows gives the same priority to the packages of all the programs, as I can give the highest priority to those in the game and queuing the rest of the programs to avoid less loss of packages and improve the experience. I've been testing for software but I can not make it effective, now I want to test with Hardware but what use? The Killer E2500? Or a Router with QoS? Netgear Nigjthawk x6. Thank you so much.

In some routers you can setup priority packet profiles. You setup the profile using a range of triggered ports. Also please post in english

i use QOS for many programs, games. etc. I find it Can be an effective tool, however, if you intend to use QOS regularly, I recommend you get a router with a decent CPU (2+ cores) QoS Can be a strain for some routers when added to the regular workload.

Thanks for responding and how is your QoS experience? Is it big improvement? Which router would you recommend? Thank you.
