TBH i think the card needs to be sandwiched between a Heatpipe Cooler so you can use the rest of the expansion slots.

and excange for my card will be impossible because price difference is lil different.U can try your card send back to shop where u bought it if u still got warranty on it and say than that your card overheats fast and they will give u new same manufactor or other manufactor with same price range.And my His card was overheating fast aswell.so better think about some other vcard manufactor with two fans or something.
