Hello, I recently noticed that on my video card the frequency does not rise above 1755 mhz (Palit Gamerock rtx 3080 10gb)
Earlier in the game it was boosted up to 1920-1950 mhz. What happened? Reinstalling the BIOS did not help me, reinstalling drivers and windows did not help.

Not all 3d applications can hold that kind of boost, you may be hitting the power limit.

e.g. in stock configuration my 3080 FE might peak at 1920 but can drop below 1800.

If power limit is the bottleneck then either undervolting or increasing the power limit may solve it.

"every application and game runs at a guaranteed, minimum Base Clock speed. If there’s extra power available, a Boost Clock is enabled increasing clock speeds until the graphics card hits its predetermined Power Target"
Sounds like it's working as intended.
You can try to raise the power limit.

Your particular graphics card has dual bios: Performance & Silent. Is Performance bios selected.
