The Palit GeForce RTX 3070 Ti GameRock OC is the fastest RTX 3070 Ti we review today. It not only comes with a large factory overclock, but is also pushed forward by a massive increase in power-limit headroom. This ensures that the card can boost higher than competing boards.

The only thing that really matter in that "Thumbs Down" list is the noise and let's face it, 38dBA under load is solid performance in my book. For me, anything under 40dBA is good. Market prices and availability are irrelevant as that is something that applies to the whole market not specifically to this card. Power usage likewise applies to the entire line of 3070ti's for the most part, so that too is effectively an irrelevant point.

So if noise is the worst thing about this card, Palit has a winner! Just throwing it out there..

38 dBa would make me want industrial earmuffs. My 28 dBa 3070 Gaming X Trio spoiled me...

38dba is not very loud at all. Example;
At time index 5:51 he tests noise levels and with 39dba lows you can tell it's not very load at all. He even amps up the volume so the viewer can hear the sound because those noise levels are so low..

My 28 dBa 3070 Gaming X Trio spoiled me...
That's understandable.

Every fan rated at 38 dba (my previous case fans) that I've heard was loud as hell. It gets louder when in a case too. Anything over 30 dBa I can't stand. My new case fans are 15.5 dBa max for a reason.

Maybe my ears are just too sensitive.

I just don't let fan noise bother me. Everyone's different though.
