[WTB][US] Parts for rigs

So I'm making two low-ish-end desktops for my roommate's two kids to get them able to play games together and start them on ~~years of suffering in PC gaming~~ being able to learn about compooters and broader things than the PS4. I'm trying to get the rest of the parts for cheap to complete the builds. I'm doing the builds since their family is so far below the poverty line and anything is better than what they have now.

I get paid weekly, and any offer made here will be counted in for my budget per week, meaning payments have to wait and may be split up depending on prices.

I'm looking for...

PSU that can power up to 400w. Needs minimum two 6-pin connectors for PCI.
