Passive Cooling that is better then Intel Stock for E8400

I was wondering. Are their passive coolers that perform better then the Intel E8400 stock cooler? I can't seem to find any reviews... Well, I can find reviews, but the reviewers always put a fan on them so there is no way of telling how the cooler performs without the fan.

Is it possible that the Thermalright Ultima 90 cools better?

I am using an Antec Nine Hundred case with:
- Stock Front fans
- Stock Top fan
- Stock Rear fan ( Where exactly? -> http://img148.imageshack.us/img148/623/10kg6.jpg )
- 1 Extra Scythe Minebea 120mm 1100rpm fan on the side ( Where exactly? -> http://img211.imageshack.us/img211/846/52089516jn6.jpg )
- 1 Extra Scythe DFS123812L 120mm 2000rpm fan inside the case ( Where exactly? -> http://img148.imageshack.us/img148/6849/14ds7.jpg )

Do you guys think that I can get the E8400 to 4.3Ghz with this cooling?

Scythe makes some good large coolers, that can run a CPU in psuedo-passive (psuedo passive because you have fans pointing at it anyhow)
My OCZ Vindicator is not as good as the Scythe Ninja, but its 1000RPM fan is dead silent, and even without the fan, my P180's stock rear and top fans could cool it just fine on low settings. With a slightly faster fan on it, temps didn't drop a whole lot, so it's a testament to how well cooled it already was.

why bother with passive cpu cooling when u have all those case fans.. a simple artic pro runs silent at low fan speeds.. the noise gain from passive would be pretty much zilch..

4.3 is pretty extreme.. 4 might make more sense for 24/7 silent running.. 4.3 is in the crank the volts up region just for the sake of it for little real gain..

so i would say 4 yes 4.3 not really..
