[Paladone]

This is a build that my friend is thinking of getting. Its a fairly nice system, you could cut some $ off of it. There are a couple of small changes I would make. Like a Z77 board and a CM212+ HS. No sense in buying a aftermarker HS and fan if you cant overclock it. Smaller HD to save $. You could even cut about $20 on the PSU but not too much. Cheaper case. Standard key board

As I see in the wishlist you have an unlocked Ivy quad and a micro B75 mobo. Either cut down in price for a locked i5 or upgrade the mobo to a Z77. Also, if overclocking will be out of the question and if you decide on a micro ATX you don't really need an aftermarket HSF and a HAF case.

Change the Motherboard to a Z77 or even a Z75, whichever is cheaper. Get a cheaper case, there are plenty of alternatives that do a find job. Switch the HSF for a Hyper 212+ since it's better and cheaper.

You don't need the Ripjaws. Save $24 and get some 1600MHz Kingston hyper X or Crucial Ballistix Sport Series 8GB Kit (4GBx2) DDR3 PC3-12800, 1600MHz. Also you could save $20 with a Coolermaster Hyper X 212+ air cooler. There is $44 savings there. Get a midtower case for about $50, you can get a coolermaster HAF912 and save $59. That is $99 savings in total..... Now take that savings and get a 3770K or get a better monitor.
