PC Building or buying advice

I have a $2000 budget and would like to get a PC put together that can handle games like skyrim, video editing, as well as music editing. Also if it could support at least 2 monitors and have an HDMI out for video that would be great. I have built my own PC's in the past but haven't kept up with all the new tech that's why I'm here. Any advice would help thanks.
