Audio Device(s) G6
Software W10 Pro 64BIT
Windows7 64-bit fully functional and updated.

Latest activity carried out:
-Cleaning registry with jv16 power tools 2009 in the security mode and compacting the registry.
-Download and install (I think in part because you are not then restart correctly) for the last few updates to windows (not updated from 10 days)

Consequences: when restart the PC screen appears that says to install updates to windows (but I do not think will be successful because it refers also to the subsequent reboots). Finally, after the windows logo appears BSOD.

Attempts to resolve:
- Restart choose the option suggested to solve the problem "Startup Repair Tools" but fails to resolve and gives me this log:
Problem Event Name: Startup repair
Problem signature 01: 6.1.7600.16385
Problem signature 02: 6.1.7600.16385
Problem signature 03: unknow
Problem signature 04: 21215624
Problem signature 05: autofailover
Problem signature 06: 2
Problem signature 07: 0xF4
OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.2561
Local setting is printed ID: 1040

- Then try the system restore to a previous point, I choose one corresponding to a state of the PC prior to the recent changes, after which having problems, but I know the disk selection in gray can not be selected, r "Local Disk C:" I know that the column marked as a state "protection system to activate the unit". In gray also key forward and then practically can not go on to load the previous configuration. (The following link a picture):

http://s24.postimg.org/zakzzs1xx/IMAG0080.jpg

- Then I tried to start the command prompt (if the instrument fix the start) and I tried to launch the file .reg that Jv16 created to backup before cleaning, but windows gives me an error of access to the register and then nothing.

- I then tried to start the computer in Safe Mode (with and without network), but nothing to do, BSOD at the end of loading.

- also tried "Last Known Good Configuration"...but BSOD

That said could you help me to fix the situation without resorting to the format?

Well, first, if you have any OC, turn them off and go to the default.

It looks as if you may have, one or some of the following, a corrupted registry, missing(or incorrect) driver(s), corrupted mbr (and the backup that windows repair is unable to read or use), virus, or bad hardware.

I had this similar thing happen to one of my systems after an update... luckily, I had a repair disk I created with Paragon and/or Acronis, that boots into own environment.
I had the corrupted disk (mbr) and the software recovered it for me.

Here is a decent guide to start off with: Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start

And, you may want to give this a try: Paragon Rescue Kit 11 Download: Download Rescue Kit 11 Free Edition

Or, something else along the lines of a recovery CD/DVD or USB, like Hiren's BootCD.

I loaded up the registry backup .reg done by jv16 before making changes (to be call, same bsod from command prompt regedit) and then nothing .... but I think that the problem is caused by the update, infact that the bsod is precisely immediadamente after boot hangs for a minute on this screen:

(wrong link....now fixed): http://s11.postimg.org/h6v68i9pf/IMAG0092.jpg

however, I'm trying to solve a problem using the solutions proposed in this document (the procedure b)

http://www.microsofttranslator.com/B...011/en-us?fr=1

but when I type the commands listed
dism /image:C:\ /cleanup-image /revertpendingactions
oppure
dism /image:C:\ /get-packages

tells me error 87 operation cleanup-image (or get-packages) unknown
(solution for this command problem?)

Either you have a serious hardware issue or Windows is completely hosed and needs to be re-installed clean. Sounds like possibly bad memory to me or bad memory controller.

Test hardware, if ok, re-install windows because that will take the least amount of time.

Hardware tested and ok...

...I can access it from another windows 7 on another disk and then I can see everything on the disk where Windows is installed and all programs:

1. Do you know if it is possible from here to restore an old status of folders or registry?
2. Do you know if I can delete from here the process of installation of the windows update that starts every time and after which the BSOD occurs?
3. Do you know if from there you can delete the last update of windows?
4. Do you know if this is where you do a repair installation of the old that w7 does not start?

4. Do you know if this is where you do a repair installation of the old that w7 does not start?

There is no repair installation like there was on Windows XP and older. my only suggestion is to get it into repair/recovery mode and open command prompt. type: chkdsk C: /r /x
It will take a while to run, if it corrects more than a few errors, run again till its clean. Then restart and get back to repair/recovery and see if the system restore points are available, pick one a few days older than before you had a problem. If this does not work, then all thats left is to reinstall new.

could it be the new windows update bug?

"UPDATE: April's MS13-036 update (Described in KB2823324 as an update to the ntfs.sys file) is causing widespread problems for some people, possibly primarily those with Brazilian localized versions of Windows 7. See Microsoft's You receive an Event ID 55 or a 0xc000021a Stop error in Windows 7 after you install security update 2823324 support article for help. There will likely be more information to come, as well as a corrected update."

could it be the new windows update bug?

I just had it happen last night on my HTPC, one day after my latest round of windows updates. After the first blue screen, I never could get to blue screen viewer to see what it reported, bc HTPC locked up. Finally, I was able to do a system restore.

That worked, and worked well. Too much of a coincidence to think it's not a bugged Windows Update.

I noticed that, from this I have installed windows 7 on another disk (c :) and then presently, by right-clicking on the D: (thus corresponding to the disk with windows 7 will not start) gives me the "restores the previous version ", as well as by right-clicking on the folders efiles contained therein.
I also have several previous restore points available to the mess.
Unfortunately I can not restore all the d: drive as I have not enough space (I would need 300 gb that I can not free).
So I thought I do to restore only some folders and files critical.
For this I have ticked the option to display all types of files, hidden, system, etc..
The fact is that some are restorable while others tells me that you must have administrator privileges and the like.
Now I need to know two things:

1. what are all the files on the disc and what folders that are affected by my problem and need to be reset? (there are a lot of hidden and system folders such as windows or both documwent and setting both files present in d: as bootmgr c)

2. how can I purchase full rights / privileges on this drive d:? (I remember in the past that I did, you inherit the privileges to get full access and ability to change all folders related to the operating system is present on "another" disk)

no solution?

If you boot from an Ubuntu live cd (or just about any other Linux live cd) then you can copy/move whatever files you need with no privilege problems.

this is WHY you don't go running these crappy register tools that claim to make your pc faster
re install either using a clean install or do a inplace-upgrade
and refrain from ever downloading or running ANYTHING that Claims to clean or Optimise the registry

1. I don;t really understand your question. Have you tried doing a system restare or using the windows 7 boot repair tool before messing with anything else?

2. Search google for a take ownership tool.
