On my 37" LCD I had no problems with motion blur at all no matter what game I was playing and I play a lot of FPS games.

It really depends on the quality of the tv being used.

I think i read somewhere that current panels over 37" start to degrade sharpness of the picture up close due to pixel density VS size.
My point being 1920x1080 @ 32" is a ton sharper then 1920x1080 @ 42" when viewed from around 3 ft IMO.

My experiences running my pc on my 24" led backlit Vizo have been great i could use a faster card but i honestly think it looks better then a comparable monitor, secondly it was way cheaper then a 1920x1080 led backlit monitor with a remote and multiple inputs.
The extra res of big monitors is nice for 2d work but for gaming it can be a hindrance due to performance issues and aspect ratio.

I gamed a hec of a lot on my 40" Samsung LED LCD tv (native 1080p) all I ahd to do to make it kickass was set the HDMI input I was using to be "game" this removed any noticeable input lag and frankly gaming on it (TF2, BC2, Shift, the list goes on) was simply amazing.
