The Siberia V2 is a better choice.

That said, many an individual here will recommend you choose headphones and a clip-on/desktop microphone.

If your budget is ~60, then choosing headsets would be, in my opinion, a better route.

Actually, here is a feasible headphone/mic option:

I haven't used those headphones personally, but as you can see they get high marks given their price. There may even be forum members who own them. The mic I have used personally and I can attest to its durability and good sound.

I can attest that the logitech ones you linked to suck way over priced I had those same ones about 4 years ago minus the usb adapter.
They where uncomfortable and the sound and build quality was sub par.
