i only have 1 stick of ram i might get a new psu and see if that works and my cooler came with pre applied thermal paste
Cool good luck with that.

Last thing I will reply.

One stick of ram limit's your pc to single channel mode.
This results in half the bandwidth of a typically setup pc, hitches in games(AAA) etc and is not advisable for a gamer's use case.
Your memory is poorly supported anyway and your now prepping to spend money on one part of your pc that's showing no major evidence of being faulty, unlike the memory that can't even pass memtest.

Hunt out and buy patriot viper 3000 16Gb in 2x8 sticks certified for use on Ryzen.

It's a cheaper but very compatible set of memory with a fair chance of fixing all your issues as opposed to a PSU , your choice.

Finally ,next time try n be more open to ideas.

Because something was ok at one point doesn't necessarily mean it will stay that way.
And your having issues so something isn't right, mostly your attitude IMHO.

You countered everything I asked with, I have done something like that once upon a time.
And it was ok.

I have given you three main and three secondary tries.

I won't next time so perhaps consider the fact that if you were my customer you would be at £175 now just on the conversation time alone.

If it were in front of me I would probably have it diagnosed by now as possibly you would, had you tried what I suggested but you would absolutely definitely at least be closer to knowing what is or isn't wrong with it as opposed to getting nowhere.

My kindness might be free but my time is precious, I'm not wasting it knowingly.

It is but then , that's what my employer charges for my time,. Tpu is a public forum, I certainly am not charging for help, it's all free.

Go with a new memory kit regardless of everything imho mate.

That's where your issues lie, you will get the performance you have been trying to OC for and likely resolve your present issues.

I fix a lot of PC's but that's a hobby too many friends and their neighbours heard about, as a day job I fix mass spectrometry equipment and the PC's attached to them.

similar price on amazon, i checked.

Sorry I am limited in searching for such, im uk based so i dont know the shops etc, the kit i tagged are made for ryzen but possibly a bit over spec at 3600Mhz , you may be able to find a 3000Mhz kit cheaper but make sure they are made to support ryzen not just intel.

none the less that would be a good kit to get and you may be able to OC your Cpu's infinity fabric to match them netting a decent gain in cpu AND memory performance so all in good advice, good luck mate hope you sort it:).

I can't know the exact problem, seems like you tried two GPU.
Easiest way to diagnose weird shit is to force lower speeds on things, underclock the GPU dramatically and try and see if it crashes, use wattman, diagnosis can take at least a bit of messing.

ok thx but even with this i still feel like it be motherboard bios or psu
fact is it started the day i updated bioS BUT U CANT REVERT BIOS
then i asumed it was a glitch
but the only options i have to fix this is take battery out leave there for 4 hours
send to asrock
buy a new mb
buy a new cpu
thats better with newer bios

I think i had the same problem.
My pc was restarting every two weeks or so then every 3 days, i did memtest,i bought a new mobo, new ram, same problem.
Turns out it was my m.2 120 gb i took it out and i've solved the problem.
