I feel like a noob here but here is what is going on.
All the sudden last night the post speaker just started a straight beep last night I restarted sound was gone. today it just randomly happened and this time restart did nothing as soon as the power came back on the noise started. so I checked hw monitor all my temps are fine no higher then 46c except gpu, gpu got to 61 during gaming. only other problem is I have a hdd the smart status is yellow or caution but has benn since I installed the drive 2 years ago. but the speaker it's self is probably 4-5 years old so I'm thinking maybe the post speaker shit the bed? I'm stumped It could be my overclock for some reason tripping it but I added more voltage last night and it happened today im only at 4.2ghz and all stability test I run IBT and P95 come out perfect. this is a brand new rig except the case is 2 years old and the speaker is one I made super long when I first started benching 5 years ago.
Any thoughts, what else can I check.

What does the beep code come out as? Just one long, never ending beep?

yes almost like an alarm like in my old asus software years ago when a temp would go high it would sound off like that. its really weir its not like full tone either it's like lower almost like it runs on batteries and its getting low. which is why im thinking the speaker is dieing or shorting out somehow.I just did another gaming session no shut dows and temps are beautiful im stumped

Pc speaker would just scream with one continues BEeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep :)

Pull the card and inspect the Power connectors see if the contacts are good/ burnt arc Heat damage

did that just now. still same when I plug in the spear. the first time it happened I was using easy tune to overclock and like 1 min after I hit apply settings it started. the last time (before I unplugged it) it just happened during a 2 hour gaming session on wwe 2k16 (not supper strenuous) I ran intel burn test on high settings for 20 psses passed with no issues. then ran prime95 all night temps settled at 55c and system temps were 39c 37c 44c 40c and 38c wich seem fine 2 me. the first 2 are the chipset temps and I think the other are vrm temps? not sure just says tmp001 002 and 003 first 2 are labeled z001 z002 which is why I think they are chipset temps I'm stumped I looked on gigabyes faq page and found nothing that would cause this that and in the bios I have the temp alarms set to disabled along with fan rmp alarms disabled. im going to look for a spare speaker and see if that still does it. because all signs point to faulty speaker

nope i think I may have figured it out. I went in the bios and set my vcore to auto. I dont like doing it on auto but I figured what the hey. after saving the speaker stopped. it odd to me because on auto it give substantially less vcore then manually setting it. manually I had it at 1.29 (I raised it last night when this happened) everything comes out stable with stability tests. auto sets it to 1.21 which stopped the beep and im testing stability now. this makes no sense to me. i know that this board acts weird when I try to set the multiplier manually, it wont post just hangs forever during post. same thing with if I try to disable turbo etc. this is just strange though to me. because gigabyte normally is known for their overclock ability but then why is this board so buggy when I try to manually overclock the darn thing!
