PCIe discrepancy?

My motherboards website says my board can do PCIe 3.0x16, but GPU-z says im running PCIe 1.1 x16.

Who should I believe?

Click the question mark next to the Bus Interface thing. To save energy or whatever the mode may be switched.

Start the render test and see if it changes. My Vega says 1.1 if its idling and 3.0 if its being used.

Trust me it jumps to 2.0, I dont have a Gen3 Sabertooth.

Benchmark Scores it sucks even more less now ;)
it does the same thing on my Crosshair V Formula lower power state = PCIe x16 1.1 start the ? test and it jumps to PCIe x16 2.0 it's a power saving option not a problem usually although I have seen where it gets stuck at that sometimes there's a setting in the BIOS that lets you turn it off so it never goes into a low power state but that depends on mobo maker
